  1. I haven't been to my blog in ages, was going through old mail, and look what pops out at me! So I read what I could (on Reuters) and can't understand the phrase "consensual telepathy" I believe it was. If humans have the ability to commune without language (which we do all the time but this is different) anyone could invade my thoughts with something I may not want to live in my brain, even for a second. How can it be consensual if anyone can do it, thanks to the direction our evolution is going? We've evolved not a whisper intellectually compared to the evolved state of our electronics. I'd definitely be hesitant about the whole thing, yet do realize humanity will continue if it allows itself to. This species of ours is meant to continue or we wouldn't be taking pictures on mars. Soon we'll be walking there. After that? Anyone's guess, but telepathy is here, has been, just hasn't been "tamed" yet imo. Thanks.
